Is it The Right Time to Buy.

Yes,Yes and Yes because the real estate market will soon bottom out in some areas and we do not want to miss out on the great opportunities that are currently out there.Spring is in the air and the investors are beginning to stir and start looking at Florida once again.Also the overseas buyers especially from Europe are in a particularly strong position at the moment due to the exchange rates and did you know that in 2006 for example 700 people a day left the United Kingdom to live in a new country and we should be promoting Florida as a great place to live and work all year round to capitalise on these potential clients.
   No one can predict when total bottoming out has been reached because this to my mind is only achieved with the benefit of hindsight and there are not many of us with this talent.So lets all be very positive and start talking that everything is not as bad as everyone thinks and that it is time to Buy Buy Buy!!
